Kent LeFevre, Chief Manager: Loyal family man and Father of 7 wonderful children. Graduate of Brigham Young University and MBA Graduate of Michigan State University. Kent has been a Minnesota resident since 1996 when relocated here for a former employer in Corporate Finance. After having moved out of the corporate world into life as a Real Estate entrepreneur, Kent has spent the last 20 years of his career dedicated to providing excellent housing opportunities, and Real Estate services as an Investor, Licensed Broker and Licensed Contractor.
Rick Price, Acquisitions and Sales Director: Minnesota native that grew up in the southern suburb of Eagan. Graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2004 with a B.S. Degree in Real Estate, with an Emphasis in Finance and Investing. Also studied Aviation at St. Cloud State earning a Minor in Aviation Operations and a Single Engine and Multi Engine Private Pilots License and instrument rating. Began Real Estate Career in 2005 as mortgage broker and received MN Real Estate License in 2006. Around that time Rick fell in love with Real Estate Investing and has been focusing on that ever since. Rick’s primary goal is to make a connection with those he works with, so he can best engineer a solution to their housing needs and challenges.
Ruth Ehne, Financial and Office Manager: Ruth is a hardworking, loving and compassionate person who loves to be involved in her Church Community, and is one heck of a financial manager! Ruth’s a Minnesota native, living in the Northern Suburbs of the Twin Cities. Ruth has put her skills to great use in the financial management and bookkeeping field for many years, but also has experience working as a Recover Coach at the Minnesota Teen Challenge! She brings a lot of experience and wisdom to the staff here and we are glad to have her managing our office.
